“Of the Sweetness We Remember” is a multidisciplinary collaboration that delves into the profound connections between food, home, and belonging. 

The work uses dance, sound, and interviews from the community that invites us to reconnect with one another in a world often divided by difference.

Through the taste and memories of a familiar dish, or the shared joy of a meal together, “Of the Sweetness We Remember” encourages us to look beyond the surface on how the universal role of food in shaping who we are and how we relate to one another, reminding us that our shared human experiences can transcend borders, backgrounds, and beliefs.
