Welcome to Chromic's first Call-For-Scores Commissioning Project!
During this time of uncertainty and COVID-19, Chromic stands in alliance with Black Lives Matter and are partnering with the Brooklyn Arts Council to promote the voices of BIPOC in future programming and collaboration.
We are excited to announce our first REMOTE call-for-scores commissioning project, which welcomes artists from any background, training and genre. We strongly encourage the BIPOC community as well as Indigenous communities to apply. The 2 winning artists will receive a stipend of $900 each, a digital (world) premiere of the commissioned piece, and a home studio recording of their work.
