we are chromic duo.

We believe that, by slowing down and looking at the smallest objects of the everyday, that we can uncover truths and reimagine how we connect with one another. We reimagine how we gather, in and outside of the concert hall, and bring experiential works and installations as a creative studio and performing arts duo.

Our process for approaching storytelling + experience design is inspired by our experiences as third-culture kids within the Asian American diaspora— finding and creating moments of belonging wherever we are.

Blending toy piano, electronics, and multimedia into genre-fluid concerts, installations, and immersive experiences, we’ve cultivated partnerships with colleges + cultural institutions internationally to share our passion for transforming spaces of beauty + belonging.

No matter the solution, the heart of what we do is constant: to cultivate intentional spaces for gathering to share stories that have been left out.
